Igor Vovkovinsky was 7" tall when he was eight years old!

Now he is 7''8.

It's not I'm callus, but it's remarkable! You can't say it's not remarkable.

I only know about him because I'm watching "Help I'm turning into a Giant" TLC. He knew it would be on TV. TLC's even known for being a freak channel. It's not my fault.
